The Annual Bord na nOg Table Quiz which took place on Friday last turned out to be 2 hours of thrills and spills coupled with lots of great fun and entertainment. There was a record turnout of children from 2nd to 6th classes who enjoyed testing their general, sport, film and music knowledge over the course of 8 rounds of questions. A big thank you to all who helped out on the evening which was led so expertly by MC - Brian, Bord na nOg Chairman - Martin, Bord na nOg Secretary - Linda and all the super helpers on the evening incl. top class scorekeepers (Mairead & Molly), professional markers - Susan, Linda & Mike, dancing judge Anne-Marie and Josephine & her expert team who managed the collection and transfer of answer sheets. Everyone was a winner on the night and a special well done to all those who got up on stage to highlight their entertainment talents. Congratulations to all the class winners on the night and to all who won numerous spot prizes – see you all again next year for another loud and lively evening!!!
