The U10 Hurlers travelled to Killaloe this evening for very competitive hurling challenge games against the U10 hurlers from Smith O'Brien's GAA Club. We had a great turnout of 22 Ahane U10 players and there was no holding back from the players against their Clare opponents. Ahane had 2 teams as had Smith O'Brien's and it was honours even for both camps but it was hurling who was the winner tonight with fantastic commitment and skill from both sides. It was a very warm evening for hurling with all players making a fantastic effort over the hour of hurling to win the breaking ball. Well done to all the players and a big thank you to Smith O'Brien's for a great welcome and great hurling challenge games.
