As World Mental Health Day comes to an end, we here in Ahane GAA Club want you to know that there is always help, there is always someone to talk to, whether that be a team mate, coach, friend, family member or some in the community there is always help available 💚

It’s so important to check in with your friends and family and make sure they are okay! Have them over for a cup of tea and a chat, or head out and get some exercise with them, come down to the field for a puc around or a kick about. It doesn’t have to be anything huge, just make sure they know that your there 💚

Limerick Mental Health Association are running a number of events over the coming week which might be of interest to some of you! All the events can be found here https://limerickmentalhealth.ie/limerick-mental-health-week-2021/
